About Predrag
Predrag is responsible for communication and coordination with clients in debt recovery matters, monitoring compliance with relevant regulations, and coordinating with T-S Legal attorneys handling specific cases. In his role, he is involved in the assessment and processing of users’ complaints and appeals, the collection and analysis of relevant documentation, as well as the review of the basis and nature of outstanding claims.
Predrag also communicates with users to agree on the manner and schedule for settling their outstanding obligations, monitors the implementation of agreed repayment plans, and coordinates activities related to the recording of payments made and commitments undertaken. He is also responsible for coordinating and overseeing the preparation of reports on the status of debt recovery, payments made and the implementation of agreed obligations, providing support in the effective management of debt recovery cases.
