About Predrag
Predrag is a manager of TVC Moneta, a debt collection service centre that cooperates with T-S Legal. TVC Moneta manages a collection of bad debts for banking, telecommunications, and utilities companies. Predrag is in charge of communicating with clients, complying with regulations governing the collection of bad debts, and coordinating work with lawyers at T-S Legal, who provide legal support in certain matters.
As a part of his daily activities, Predrag evaluates and controls users’ complaints, collects necessary documentation, performs debt background checks, proposes and negotiates debt payments dynamics, and coordinates and monitors reporting on payments made and obligations agreed. Previously, Predrag worked as a call center operator in several contact centers, and he also had the role of an expert in the human resources department at NGO Tempus.
