Marko Milutinović is an attorney-in-law with extensive experience in criminal proceedings, which he is predominantly involved in, representing a vast number of clients as a defence lawyer and aggrieved party attorney before courts of general and specialized jurisdiction.
In addition to criminal law, throughout his professional career he has specialized in dispute resolution and in the field of civil, commercial, and labour law representing domestic natural persons and foreign legal persons before competent courts of general and specialized jurisdiction, public prosecution, and administrative bodies in the Republic of Serbia.
