About Jelena
Jelena is a legal trainee with a strong interest and practical experience in the areas of banking and finance, commercial law, as well as intellectual property law, with a particular focus on copyright and media law. She actively participates in providing legal support to domestic and foreign clients, representing them in various legal proceedings – both judicial and out-of-court.
Her practice includes drafting and analyzing contracts, preparing legal opinions, participating in resolving commercial disputes and protecting intellectual property rights, including cases of copyright infringement.
Jelena is also a member of the Association of Business Lawyers
of the Republic of Serbia, which allows her to continuously follow current topics, legislative changes, and professional debates in the field of commercial law.
Before starting her career in law, Jelena worked at the marketing agency “IL2 Marketing,” where she gained practical knowledge in SEO optimization, digital marketing, and client communication across different profiles. This experience further contributed to the development of her analytical skills, precision in writing, and understanding of client needs in the modern business environment.
