On the 15 of April, 2024, The Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM), supported by the OSCE Mission to Serbia, organized in Belgrade an introductory presentation of the e-training “Local Self-Government System and the Application of the Good Governance Principle”, with T-S Legal member, attorney Igor Vila, as one of its mentors
The electronic training, which will take place from the 15th of April until the 7th of June, is intended for newly elected municipal and city assembly councillors constituted after the local elections held in years 2022 and 2023.
This e-training system for councillors, which will be carried out through a specialized SCTM remote learning platform, was introduced by SCTM information technology expert associate Boško Nenadović, while mentors Igor Vila and Branko Ljuboja presented the platform contents, structure, and mode of operation.
