We represent domestic and international companies in all matters related to the intellectual property rights and protection against unfair competition. We assist and strategically advise clients in drafting contracts related to transfer, assignment and protection of intellectual property, copyright agreements, in developing internal guidelines and policies for the protection of intangible assets and commercialization of these rights. Also, we regularly communicate with the competent institutions, and especially with the Intellectual Property Office. We represent clients in all forms of disputes that may arise from the unfair competition.
