About Ivana
Ivana Panić is a seasoned economics expert with a wealth of experience in the banking and finance sector, specializing in debt management. Over the course of her career, she has held key positions in various banks in Serbia.
Since 2023, Ivana has been serving as the General Manager at T-S Legal, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the overall business operations and processes of the firm. Her responsibilities include organizing, coordinating, and managing the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) portfolio for clients primarily in the banking and telecommunications industries.
Ivana actively supports T-S Legal’s legal team by contributing to the definition and development of business strategies and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In addition to this, she takes charge of developing internal processes and procedures for the firm’s debt collection department.
Furthermore, Ivana conducts assessments of KPIs and dedicates her efforts to enhancing overall business processes. She supervises the allocation of the firm’s budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability are maximized. In essence, Ivana Panić is a driving force behind T-S Legal’s success, bringing her expertise to various facets of the firm’s operations.
